After reading about Wish Upon a Wedding, you’ll want to go home and kiss your significant other.  Wish Upon a Wedding is an organization dedicated to creating dream weddings and civil unions for couples who are facing terminal illness.   It’s the first organization of its kind, and I can only imagine the impact it will have on the lives of couples who must face the chance that their wedding might be the last great celebration in their life.

Profiled in the video above is the story of Beth and Nick, who are set to get married later this month.  As soon as Beth was diagnosed with Cancer, Nick went shopping for an engagement ring, then asked for Beth’s hand in marriage.  He was not going to let her face Cancer alone.  What struck me the most about Beth and Nick was the undying love between them – they are just beaming with young love.  I wish Beth and Nick a long and joyful life together.
